I had to stop after about fifteen minutes -- my back was beginning to hurt, and I was tired. Definitely not in condition to drive 40 miles in the cold with the roads still recovering from yesterday's storm.
Just taking my dad to the drugstore was an exciting enough drive; I was in low gear the whole time and the traction control came on twice and the antilock brakes once.
If I were feeling healthy I'd have tried it, but I'm still low stamina -- and I certainly don't want to do anything to reinjure my nose. I'm hoping to be able to go to the chiropractor soon.
We had pizza delivered; it was just what we wanted, and it's the only time we could do it this weekend. We don't ask for delivery during storms.
Although UPS delivered 4 packages yesterday morning. Before the storm got too bad. Including a bunch of chocolate from one of my cousins.
